California State University (CSUN) Hires Nations Group as Owner's Representative

California State University, Northridge (CSUN) has hired Nations Group, a Scottsdale, Ariz.-based firm, as its owner’s representative for a planned Multi-purpose Event Center and Athletics Training Facility.

The project is slated to include a 10,000-seat arena encompassing arena space, hospitality and meeting rooms, enhanced seating options, and food and beverage facilities. The Athletics Training Facility is planned to feature Athletics administrative offices, a student-athlete academic center, training rooms, athletic training space for all of CSUN’S 19 Division I sports, and practice courts for the Men’s and Women’s Basketball and Volleyball programs. The project is currently in the pre-development phase.

As the owner’s representative, Nations Group is responsible for strategic planning, partnership development, and program and project design assessment and recommendations.

CSUN is one of the largest universities in the country, with nearly 40,000 students. The CSUN Athletic Department empowers more than 350 student-athletes and staff to achieve comprehensive excellence both on and off the field through a diverse and inclusive educational experience.
