University of Maryland – Shipley Baseball Stadium and Field Renovations

The University of Maryland's Shipley Field has been the home for Maryland baseball for 61 years, moving to its current location in the heart of the Maryland campus, between Byrd Stadium and the Artificial Turf Facility, in 1952. It underwent renovations to key components, including the replacement of the artificial infield turf and improvements to the under-field drainage system.
